👍🏻 If you look at your weight history and assume blue to be maintenance, it looks as if FS has calculated the maximum you should be at is 70.7kg which is your target plus 1%. Over the last month you’ve been mainly in the blue and not far into green the other days. I think you’re doing amazingly well. Have a great weekend, Willie 🤗 

Thanks, I'm quite keen to stay blue and that's why I'm trying to build a buffer by breaking under 70kg. I see you havery changed your goals again. Good luck....... 

Yes, I always meant to go lower and post holiday seemed like the time to change as I was likely to shift some of it pretty quickly 😂😂😂
