Thanks @paulw69 when I started out this was my target 🎯. When I joined FS back in 2011 I was 223lbs well into the obese range then managed to get down to 178lbs in 2014 before creeping back to 198lbs. I am now at the weight I was 25 years ago but I am still overweight.....and I think my body weight % is probably in the 30% range.....so.....I am going to try and loose another 25lbs! What’s the difference this time? The type of diet. I have lost 23 lbs in less than 3 months and this time I have reduced my food balance to 35/35/30 carbs/fat/protein and what a huge difference. The last time I tried this I went 60/10/30 and it was much harder work. I don’t think I’m ready for keto but we will see and my body shape is much better this time. I think it is funny that when I first joined FS I received a private message (the only one I have ever had!) giving me encouragement and advising the split I am now on which I wasn’t ready for 7 years ago. How right he was....and that is is why I love FS and especially my FS friends ❤️x

@fio...thank you and I am rooting through some befores and will have to try and find something that will show of my new slimmer self....don’t think much bear 🐻 flesh is a good idea. Whist I maybe musically creative it does not extend to photography so please be kind 🤣🤣🤣. I would welcome some thoughts or ideas on composition❤️x

There's actually some seriously easy "tricks" to make a picture look good. 1 - background! As plain as possible. A white wall works wonders. Magnolia is also good. Pictures, tellies, furniture, etc will make the picture look "messy". 2 - light! Natural light is the best, if possible try to get natural light from one side (as it will create amazing shades and shadows). 3 - height! If someone is taking a picture of you standing up - make them sit down! If they're holding the camera to their face while standing, the image of you will be skewed from the angle. Best if the camera is situated at a height right in the middle of your body (if people are taking a portrait of you, the camera should to be at the height of your face). :D I wish I had musical talent, that's awesome! But I'm aweful at music... was forced to learn guitar, piano and drums in school, and failed miserably at all of them. Then again, it might be a blessing, if I'd succeeded in playing the piano, I don't think I'd do anything but play The Departure by Max Richter 24 hours a day (the slow version www.youtube.com/watch?v=-81zgDNifd0 ).
