Well done on getting so close to your goal weight! You inspired me to get out of bed and do my workout this morning instead of being lazy - I saw that you're doing indoor walking because it's not safe to do it in your area so I thought - you're not letting anything stop you so neither will I - thank you! Keep up the good work and good luck with your last 2 kilos - I'm finding the last bit really hard!

thanks so much Nikina, i do fall off the wagon every now and then, but just hop straight back again. I have a wonderful boyfriend who has joined me....and motivates me to exercise....the inside walking is Leslie Sansone...she has 15,20,30 and 45 minute walking routines....and it is good.

Hi Helldenn - cool that your boyfriend has joined you too! I've only done a few Leslie Sansone - I usually prefer Jessica Smith, but lately hubby and I have been trying to walk to the local shops every day - or the library or the vet or wherever - and it's been two weeks now so enjoying that. Actually remembered to wear my pedometer today and it came to 4000 steps, which I guess is something. So glad summer is finally here!
