I'm the opposite, I don't have a hard time staying away from grease. Because as you said "good foods satisfy much longer than bad foods." I just try and remember how I feel after eating something bad. And guilt aside the worst feeling is that the craving is never squelched. So if I remember that the next time I have a craving I won't reach for fat. Despite that I hit a plateau 6 months ago and I've been at 146 forever! Then tonight I weighed myself for the first time in 4 weeks and I've broken the plateau. I'm down 3 lbs yay me, I hope it keeps going downhill from here =)
