I've done pretty well following my diet. Yesterday was not helpful, with the Super Bowl food. (Congrats to the Patriots) We had popcorn, grilled chicken (definitely on the diet!), baked beans, cole slaw (Asian, so really also on the diet), sinful gelato. Most of that was fine, so I think the big salt load bumped me higher . My weight was up from a week ago, but I've stayed consistently less than 135 for a couple of weeks. My body measurements have decreased over the last month. Key in keeping me ever so slowly on track are the abstinence from alcohol and the killer workouts. Logging my food also helps. I'm proud of myself.
On the other hand, I totally missed the fasting challenge I was going to do. Maybe I can jump in for the last week.
