Losing weight while I am not exercising, and still eating 300 extra calories🤔, my conclusion is, I was not gaining all that weight, I was just retaining water. Before, my calorie maintenance was 1,700, I started increasing my calories weekly, 1900,2000,2100and 2200. Last week without exercise my weekly average was 2000, I was still expecting a weight gain, Yesterday I was soo busy, so I am back to my exercise routine today, probably my weight will start going up again, as long as I am not getting fat I am ok with that. 😊

Or should I say that the weight you lose while fasting don't come back? I can not really tell, but I don't have time for experiments right now.

I found that a day of fasting jumps starts water weight loss that will last for a few days. And it stays off. It's like the body uses fat, keeps water until it's convinced that fat won't come back, then ditches the water. Or something. I have no science to back this up. It's just what I've seen on the few times I've fasted.
