My weight actually went up from 129 to 130.4, but the good news is that my trainer measured my body fat today and it was 2.4% lower than it was when last measured and I was 130.0 I certainly feel stronger and more fit, and skinnier. I still think that I have a lot of water weight on me, and tomorrow I keep hoping I'll wake up perhaps 2-3 pounds lighter. I'd rather have less body fat than less weight though.
I know that it's a slow process at this weight. If I stay focused, I will slowly lose weight, and it's better to lose it slowly so that the body doesn't stress.
