Week one report since re-dedicating to tracking.
Weight lost, about 9 lbs (yeah!).
Tracking Works!!!!!! It can be difficult for me to keep up with during the summer months when I am so active, but without it (and doing it rigorously), it is so easy to consume much more than I am thinking.
Stay tuned for the week 2 report. With dedication, I will be back to my goal weight by next Monday.
