Hello everyone,
I made a really stupid mistake - so when I weighed myself last week and recorded the weigh, I actually weighed myself on a different scale as I was visiting family (Thursday 25/07). So the next day when I got on the scale back at my house, the scale told a different story and now I weigh more that I did a week ago haha.
What I am thinking I should do is to "log" my weight as the last weigh-in I did on 108.4 last week Thursday, and just use that number as my target for next week Monday, and then start recording my weight from there on going forward again.
Very funny actually, but so we learn. :-)
