Well I'm sort of counting calories.. but only to make sure I'm eating enough.. not too little.. still keeping to healthy food but eating way more.. about 2500-2750 calories per day..seem to be permanently stuffing my face with food Lol.. upped nuts to about 25-30 Gram a day as well..n eating half instead of a quarter of an avocado as well!

It is very strange that your calorie intake is normal and you have a sedentary lifestyle, but i am at a loss to explain why you are still losing weight. I agree that maybe you should go see a Dr to check if everything is ok phy
