Post Thanksgiving Feast Report.
Ugh
This is the heaviest I have been since completing the "Prevent T2" class. For Thanksgiving we took a road trip over to Portland (about a 7 hour drive). I eat horribly when driving, and this trip was no exception (at least the outbound leg). We were there for a week, visiting the family, and each stop was highlighted by a big meal (and this is before the BIG FEAST).
Needless to say, I OVER-ATE. I also did not track, which helped me to ignore the overeating, but caused significant weight gain. I am back to tracking and will work to keep my daily intake under 1800 Cals/day. I will report back on my success in getting back to my goal weight of 206.
