I haven’t added an entry for a very long while because I have been discouraged too. Needing to be private, this app being viewed as social media. I gained back all the weight I had lost going up to 171lbs because I ate and slept a lot. Nerve & Joints pain, having a shot immune system and now borderline diabetic, high cholesterol and damaged liver is difficult to deal with. I have been so depressed. Only I can view this entry because I am private. This app has helped me stay focus and had encouraged me to take my life back. I had lost the weight before to 140lbs, just needed 16 more pounds to lose and I would have been back to my old weight and less health issues. So sad 😞 I am at 168lbs now. It has been harder to loose the weight!
