YES, back down to my goal! Normally I wouldn't be so gung-ho about it, but on Monday I have to go to Charlotte, NC and there is an Asian Bakery and a McDonald's that has the Shamrock Shake-530 calories in a 12oz cup, the smallest serving they have. My fiancé really wants to try the shake, so we're going to split one. And ohmigosh I haven't had a good pork meat bun in years, so I have a feeling I might be eating quite a bit that day. :D

good job! And at least you're planning for it. It seems something special so I wouldn't feel guilty about eating it :)

I entirely agree it's planned and you can compensate elsewhere. Heck if you have an extra 1000 calories one day just take an extra 20 minutes a day for a walk and you will make it up. It's only when the treats the norm that they become a problem. :) (He says in the knowledge that he needs to get his own treats back in control, is still true even though I suck at it right? )

Thanks mntwinsfan; I'm going to try to savor every bite instead of wolfing it down like I normally would! ;P riocaz, I'm going to try not to buy anything to take home so I can't eat like that everyday. :) And yes, you know what you are talking about, it is just hard to put into practice sometimes.
