A one kilo increase over last week and up since yesterday despite sticking to the fast day and exercising - that's disappointing to say the least.
However, measurements are way down from a month ago when I started this new eating plan :D This is what I wrote on Feb 9 -
"So I'm starting off at 58.8 kg this morning (I said I'd over-eaten the last two days!) and with measurements of 88-77-95-55. My height is 1m67 so my BMI is 21.1."
My measurements today are 86-71-91-51 so that's a total of 20 cm gone (counting both thighs, of course!)It's clear - the new pants I bought last November are now way too loose.
The increase on the scale is weird really - I stuck to the fast day, I don't feel heavy or bloated, none of the usual suspects. Just one of those things, I suppose.
