I am now in phase 2. I weighed in at 249 pounds. But, mine is all fluid, I have not even touched the fat yet. I can retain 20 pounds of fluid over night. I did cheat and have coffee. Also, I did not eat any egg whites. Wish me luck in phase 2. Fat Cat

Thanks for inviting me to be your buddy. I have some of the same troubles you have in motivation. This time is it for me, I must lose this weight because it is totally taking me over. Lets stay in touch and motivate each other. We CAN do this. Here's to smashing away....
