I'm back! Hello Everyone!
Well life has taken me away from this...however I have been steady...so that is a good thing.
Time to step it up to the next level...
Here are my Goals:
1. Work out 6 days a week: Yesterday was Day 1...and i haven't worked out in oooooooo about 5 years or so...Boy are my thighs pumping
2. Stay Focus to workout...for entire month...NO EXCUSES
3. Eat clean
4. Lose the rest of the weight....If it happens great - if not Oh well...my main focus is eating clean and working out!
