following diet until last week, things went a little haywire, funds were delayed coming into my account, had to cut back, could not spend the funds i had until, mor , arrived , really strees out, car in the shop, had to send it the dealer, still have no clue to wha it is wrong, but things are diffinetly looking up, back on track , will start sit- up again this evening before dinner.

This diet seems like it can be a little expensive. I just started yesterday and had to dish out a bunch of money to get started>

sorry to hear things are hard for you..i know..i had my cars broken into..at my home! (but insurance will cover that fortunately..but it was still a downer for me..) don't worry..think positive and things will turn around for you!

Hey, Thanks for those words of encouragement, And actually, it did work out, Decicded to shop at Sam's Club, bulk items, except for lettuce :), I have only a cup of salad twice a day.Kinda changed it up a bit, 1/2 of no sugar added cereal (Kashi), 1/3 cup of skim milk, cup of lite yogurt fruit on the bottom, 1 med. banana, or 1 cup of fruit, Or I will have to switch up breakfast to keep it from becoming boring, 1/2 of a 1/2 of a bagel anykind, a smear of cream cheese (literally) 1 cup fruit, 1 cup yogurt and black coffee, simply because I love strong black coffee, and bottle of water, Lunch: wraps with 1 cup of lettuce smear of mayo or must.or fat free dressing, 1 cup fruit or banana, oh I forget three slices of ham or turkey, or roast beef, or a 1/2 hot,but this one is not my favorite, I usually just do wraps because there are versatile. 12 oz sugar free drink, I find that the walmart brands are better and cheaper than the other one, With more selections!And of course a bottle of water. Dinner: 4 oz of chicken, 3oz of every other kind of meat, (I really do measure) 1 cup of veggies any kind, I avoid butter, not worth the temptation, 1cup of salad, 1 teaspoon of mayo, or fat free dressing, 1/2 bake potatoe, split my mayo between salad and baked potatoe,or 1/2 cup of rice. or fat free slice of bread, avoid the temptation of bread always my weakness ( I LOVE BREADS, ITALIAN FRESH BAKED WITH BUTTER HMMMMM...SEE WHAT I MEAN!!!:), I only have one carb per meal, or try to. Fat free Kettle corn is the ultimate for me, forget the one cup, I have to eat the whole bag. And I drink water with every meal.So far So good. BE BLESSED.
