Yes! The food diary is helping me a lot. Though the calories appear similar to the day before and the day before that (although they won't once I add a late night piece of cheese), I may have eaten more or less than what is reflected because my lunch at a restaurant was really hard to measure. I thought I had underestimated and eaten more than usual but I was pretty hungry last night. Anyway, I think the important part is not how much I ate but what I ate. Yesterday's food intake was more balanced than it has been. I also consumed a lot of water. So my loss this morning is well-earned. :) Have a great day, buddies!
