You do have to be kind of careful of your sodium intake as it can make you retain water. So you still might be losing fat and holding water and not seeing much movement on the scale. I found something called Braggs Amino Acid it's in whole foods and is a much healthier version of a soy sauce and it didn't make me retain water. I put it on my meats and veggies.Good luck!! Ellie
