We had a wonderful dinner tonight with Steak Diane, baked potato with butter, and cooked snow peas with ghee, to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary (which is actually tomorrow). We celebrated with wine, which is not great for my goals, but it sure does feel good. We're celebrating tonight because tomorrow we'll celebrate Memorial Day, and have to have hamburgers. Yum! Then it's back to the straight and narrow, and maybe I'll even start losing weight again. The weather is supposed to be stormy for the next several days, so I may not be able to get in my workouts, which are in the back yard of my trainer. I'm happy to exercise, maintain weight in a 3 pound range, and after the holiday, will get more serious about working harder toward my goal which is oh so close. We're happy to be healthy and together.
