Day 1, Week 4 Holiday Cruise to Lose! (my gosh the weeks are flying)
Good Morning morning all you lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health-minded Fat Secret Peoples!WAHOO DANCING!!!!Would have LOVED to show this loss YESTERDAY for the Holiday Cruise Challenge but oh well it will be on this week's weigh-in! I felt like I was pretty darn good yesterday but my calorie count did not really show it. I was still fairly high but I was also tweaking stuff and trying to figure out amounts better. Tonight Will be a splurge night so I am going to munch on low cal snacks all day to make up for it. I also have a planned morning walk with one of my yoga buddies now that the session is over until January. Old Man Scale: Well now!! Isn't he the gentleman today? LOL I don't pretend to always understand but I am CERTAINLY not complaining! Holiday Challenges Goals:Floor goal: Maintain at 240 (It IS the holidays) Midrange goal: lose 3.5 to 235 Ceiling goal: 230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching and 8.5 from now! Next Mini: 235 Go Santa's Reindeer!!!!Rock the Boat Bubbly Blue Belles!
