Lockdown happened! You can turn it around from now. 💪🏽😘 

I am in lockdown turnaround mode Hazel. It feels good to be back! Bubblegum is a graet cheerleader. 

Are the scales accurate? If I move my scales around the bathroom the numbers vary wildly, I got the spirit level out in the end to find the flattest point 

It could be the scales, I have now taken to weighing myself in the kitchen as that has a perfectly flat floor, bathroom floor gave me ridiculous results. 

Think I’m going to try different scales and double check , it could be the scales it could be my overeating we shall see , cheers for the support troops

imagine this happened after full diet 😫. but did you weight just after food. give it two hours. then weight to find out actual weight. don't worry. it happened. 

Maybe water stays in the system somehow? It happens a lot.
