I've been weighing myself every day for the last 3 weeks just to show myself how the fluctuations don't matter so that I can get over it once and for all. I've had two 2kg spikes seemingly overnight and the kilos got dropped again in the next few days. These spikes mean nothing in the long run... I'm glad that you're not putting life on hold while going for your goals ♡ such a motivation

@niiq12, these spikes are not a big issue for me, its only water weight which i loose within a day or two as they drop as quick as they gained. I look at this weigh loss journey a little different to others, in that what concerns me more is not so much about loosing the weight now, but more about when i finally get to the destination and maintenance is the order of the day. So for me its living life now the same way i plan to live it when i reach my goal weight. Hence the enjoyable weekends celebrating family and good food, but come Monday morning the discipline kicks in.
