Held my calories down today. It helps that my only ice cream was one fudge bar, no artificial sugar, 110 calories. The rest of the day I ate a reasonable amount, no alcohol. My biggest worry is that I may need to give up going to the gym. When the pandemic began, I worked out with my trainer in her back yard, and the workouts were tough! Our community was doing well with little apparent virus activity, mostly in other parts of the city. Then the weather started getting pretty hot and muggy, making working out hard, especially while wearing a mask. When the mosquitos and horse flies came, we went back to the gym. Heaven! Now cases, hospitalizations, and deaths are going up on a steep curve. My fellow gym members for the most part don't wear masks. I'm going to go in tomorrow one more time. If there are too many people there, especially without masks, I'll have to do what I can to exercise at home. I don't want to get COVID19 while the ICUs and medical personnel are stressed. I don't want my husband to get it at all.
