OK! Finally the SS (stupid scale) or IT as I use to refer to it. showed a loss and I wrote it on my progress down to the decimal! 172.8 Lets keep going! OK, I had thought about going out to lunch today with a friend, but instead I will stay true to my Plan and eat the food I prepared and just met him for a visit/chat when I have to run out to the Pet store for items for my kitties and pup.
I have to work late today also, so it will be a stressful day. I'll try to check-in this evening.
