I'm beginning to look like my old self! Funny how that one works. Back when I looked like my old self, I wasn't happy with how I looked. Most of the bulges are down to bumps, the double chin is almost back to a single, and I can actually see the definition of my muscles - well, OK, I have to look real hard and use my imagination - but they're there! Still not running due to the knee, but it feels much better and I'm beginning to wonder if I'm just using it as an excuse. Either way, I don't want to push it. So, pushups and situps and whatever else I can do that doesn't involve the knee.
