Thank you, #One, but today I am just "maintaining" my gain from yesterday. Dounuts were involved. 😁 But, thank you so much. I did get in a good workout yesterday, and I am trying to keep going. My current goal is actually just to stay "blue." 💙 for me that means not going more than 2 above my actual goal. I seem to flutter around about a pound above quite a bit. Right now, with what is going on, I feel it is "good enough." I hope you are having a good day! 🙏

Hmm. It looks blue to me. Only a pound over where your goal is. Come on. Your awesome. That's a victory to me. I'm up 7# since July. But I'm ignoring the weight. I'll dial it back once the muscle is where I want it. I can't seem to put on muscle without some increase of water and fat. Weight schmeight. You rock.
