SUPER, I went out to eat lunch and dinner yesterday with my friend from out of town, stayed on my woe, even though yesterday was my PP day and I did PV the IT box showed a little drop :-) I found that being away from the apartment the evening before & day yesterday, I didn't snack all through the day as I would if home, even it is on foods that are on my woe, I need to cut down or out the snacking, so that was good and probably helped get the scale to go down a little.
Today I have a doc appt and his scale always shows higher but I bet it will be lower than last time I was there!
My finger doesn"t hurt this morning but still can straighten it, but at least can move all fingers.
