Thank you, liv! My darn knees are still being stupid, but I'm working on keeping my calories lower and getting my joints more limber. 😊 I'm hoping things will improve soon. ❤️

Thanks, John. When I did my routine last week.. It has been nearly a week now. 😕 All my weights and reps were more than when the profile pic was taken. I'm hoping not to lose too much fitness while I wait for my knees to feel better!

Thank you, #One! Yes, we can never know how other feel or have empathy for anothers pain without struggles ourselves. It has been a rough couple months, but we are managing. ❤️ God gives grace and help. I need a LOT of wisdom... If only we always knew what we should do in every situation! 😁

You can't think that way, #One. We can neither take credit nor blame for someone else's choices. As a parent of young adults, I certainly have had to learn that. None of us make all the right decisions. 🤗

Thanks, Lonnie! I'm .4 of a pound away from my "zone." I'm trying! 😁 Bearnoggin, I really appreciate your faith in me! I know the consequences of failing to keep my intake in check. I am needing to be careful working out, but I'm not going to gain a bunch just because I need a bit of a break... Hoping so very much it isn't for long! Looking forward to hearing from you, Princess!!!

Hi Melissatwa- I had to come looking for your posts. Still don’t show up in my scroll. I’m sorry you’re dealing with uncooperative knees on top of everything else. Such things seem to happen when progress is being made, but I don’t know why. I hope you can workout pain free soon!

Thanks, Tom! I am encouraged that the knees are feeling better the last couple days. I was going the wrong direction for a while. It is soooo frustrating, but... Life when we aren't 20 any more! 😁 I too have to seek out the journals and "catch up" with folks. I'm so behind right now. 🙄 Just kinda been overwhelmed with lots going on, but I'm so grateful for the folks here who help and support me, so I want to know what is going on in their lives!
