I am motivated again by a loss this past week. I walked the dog every morning but one upon waking (I've created a monster) and curled twice, did a boot camp, spent an hour clearing brush.... it must have helped because I ate at the top or above my daily allowance. So I am very happy and back on this journal which is so helpful
