Farewell to Bread
Alas, sweet Cinnamon Bun, I knew thee well...have been sort of trying to eat healthier, get exercise, avoid death by heart attack - the usual post 50 litany. All of my family decided to create a challenge between us, to shape up, so here I am, actually trying to take a measure of what I'm doing, what I SHOULD be doing, and make some personal goals, which are: - 200 Lbs weight - Comfortable biking 2 miles or running mile - More activity (softball, weightlifting right now) - Cut down on Fats and Sugars - Find ways to beat stress
Spent the past weekend working in the yard, did two 1 mile walks, just to get warmed up. The site is really good at telling me what the count is for what I'm eating - depressing, but good. Day One...and here....we....GO......
