Over ate carbs last night am sure of it . 😛 I will believe this scale when I see 60 kgs .So total carbs was 22 and net carbs was 11. I switched to total carbs cos my loss was stagnant. It seems to working now . So what I have learnt is calorie deficit is important to loose weight . You actually eat quite little but enough to make you full. My protein shake helps 😇a lot with reaching protein goals . That’s also another tweak I made .. upping my protein.
