I don't know why, but most days I feel so dissatisfied with my body, I feel fatty and oily, and flabby. At 62.5Kg I feel afraid that I won't make it to 57Kgs. Will I be able to do it? What must I do to loose all the fat left that's above what I need? I don't want to build muscle mass, and want to have my water retention stay constantly low, but also loose fat and those.
