Feeling better every week....dropped another 3 lbs, cut WAAAYYY back on carbs, snacks, fats...exercise is way up from being a couch blob through winter.
Down side...aches and pains from using muscles that haven't been working for 3 months...who knew the butt even HAD muscles? Oh, well, they say a daily regimen of aspirin can be good for the heart ha ha ha...!
Miss the bakery snacks, and pretzels, and crackers....my little white flour hydrogenated oil sugary friends. Celery and yogurt are just not the same, so now it's a test of WILL.
