I was about to reach my half weight loss goal (10kgs) but had 3 cheat days due to holi. I'm shocked that my weight didn't increase, I literally ate too much past 3 days.

@DimplePareek I do diet within 1200 calories which I have strictly followed but sometimes if i feel to eat something i eat but in less quantity and along with it Mon-Sat 30 mins aerobic exercise, 1200 skipping rope and 30 minutes of treadmill. And also after every meal I walk atleast for 15 minutes.

I started my fitness journey from 2nd of march this year.
I try to consume below 1000 calories everyday and along with that I go for mountain climbing every morning.
Thinking to add skipping rope in the morning or playing badminton in the evening.
Also, I will try to inculcate what you do i.e. the 15 mint walk after every meal.
