So, my week in review. I wish I could say I had zero trouble throughout the week, with Christmas there was pie, ice cream, cookies and various stocking stuffer chocolate lurking everywhere. My first week should be my strongest week of resolve and I still had moments where I wanted to just forget it. Normally I would think with anyone else, ah no biggie a little something and right back to it. But with me I have such a sugar addiction that once I start it sets me back to the beginning of giving it up. It is completely unrealistic to totally avoid it forever, so at some point I have to figure out how to have a little and not be thrown completely off the tracks, but I don't feel ready for that stage yet, I have been on that roller coaster so many times it literally scares me. HA HA afraid of food! In other ways this week has been awesome, I feel GREAT, as I knew I would, I lost weight and I wasn't starving doing it. All and all a successful week. I look forward to building up my exercises and seeing what I can accomplish in this next week!
