Yeah, Kentucky Derby Day! Combination Derby / Birthday party with family today. My first outing since starting this current weight loss journey. And, having a gain... ugh!? Not sure why but think I’m not eating enough. I’m not hungry or I’d be eating more. I’m not going to dwell on the gain though.
