Are you tracking all your food honestly? Are you drinking your water? Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Are you eating too many processed foods? (they contain tons of sodium). Are you being active? Are you eating enough calories? Are you eating too many calories? Is the scale moving but you are just being impatient, lol? If it doesn't move in a few days, then check your food diary to see what you can change up. Switching up exercise can also help.
