Ok the scale is going in the right direction again. Thank you all for your support. You help me with perspective. It’s not just my huge weight fluctuation that has been bothering me but physical symptoms that I don’t understand yet. But both issues will work themselves out soon. Ready for some fun cardio today, maybe a bike ride to the beach, and then tomorrow we’re finally hitting the water with our kayaks after a long dry spell. So relaxing. I hope the weather cooperates as predicted.
