I had a gain of 5.6 pounds. I'm not happy but haven't been feeling well so I haven't been exercising. I had to go to the ER once and also to Urgent Care once as well. Early this morning I went to a specialist to see what has been going on with my myself. Fingers crossed the testing that they have done and have planned to do will get to the bottom of all the pain I have been experiencing. hope everyone is doing well 💗 good luck with the week ahead 😊
