Highest in 3 months and I feel just gross - good time to start Intermittent Fasting plan. My biggest reasons: I want to be active with my grandkids and not fear being unable to respond quickly if they need me. I want to feel sexy and confident again …for me and my husband. And I deserve to live a long healthy life. I didn’t battle cancer and get 2 hips replaced to become a big lump in a wheelchair staring out the window. It’s time.

Connecting to the reasons for a lifestyle change can help when struggling!! someone suggested I put a picture where I can see it (fridge, bathroom, everywhere, haha) to represent why I am going on the journey. Might be helpful, might not be, but I thought I would offer to you. you got this!!!!

I love your determination! I don't know your height, you don't seem very heavy at 168 lbs. but I admire that you want to stop the weight gain before it becomes a serious issue. If only we all could have been that wise before coming here.

Good idea to post a picture Luna4.0 - Maybe not the beach bikini one in my 20s…that would just be cruel! Lol.

Thx for your support Trouty. I used to weigh 135 in my 20’s. 150 is a reasonable goal for my height and age/activity level now. My BMI is overweight currently. And I don’t tell that to just anyone! Only FS Fam.
