Lost another 300 grams. I guess extreme stress is good for weight loss when mayonnaise is NOT involved LOL

Restless night overnight, listening to a podcast for a sermon today as I too scared to sit in a large building for a while. Oh when it looks like there have been no quakes, it just means Geonet haven't put them up cause they are smaller usually. They do catch up eventually.

I hear ya Squiggs....I wouldn't be too keen on going into a large building either. Maybe services could be held outside for awhile anyway? Glad you're at least sounding a bit better these days. Sending hugs too.
