Guilty for remaining the same for several weeks with my weight. Pleased that I have not gained with travel and new grandbaby and f/u stress with my Mom's death. Life is indeed busy and I am on the real roller coaster of events, crisis, and normal day to day. Learning to live with the roller coaster without gaining and then really losing is where my focus needs to go. Nothing is ever going to be simple but I can learn to take charge of my weight no matter what life brings!
