I ate a lot of bread, pasta a starches and felt just heavier all the time and bloated. So I detoxed for 3 days and started fresh. I stay away from bread now and treat myself to a little bit of potatoes here and there. Fries are definitely my weakness. But I am doing good and balancing it all. Just keep your goal in mind ALWAYS! You can do this!!! new day, NEW START!
