Ok, yes, I was a glutton yesterday. My sweetly asked for biscuits and gravy for breakfast. And of course I indulged, along with home made pizza in the evening. I won’t mention the dessert 🍮😆
My brain seems to fall back into old patterns when I reach a milestone. In this case #60 lost. Not sure why but suddenly it feels like I have arrived. 😳. Wrong! I will get back on this horse, as my doctor has committed to getting me off some of my meds if I reach a new milestone. My new goal is below #200. Can I do it? You bet I will! 😉
