All pasta is carb no matter what sort you eat. I don't eat alot of pasta ec being gluten intolerant and found this helped heaps first of and loss 10kgs.
This next 10kgs seems to be alot harder though with Covid restrictions.
Keep up calorie counting and some exercise everyday 30mins if possible. We all have our ups and downs just keep on track as much possible. Do something is better than nothing. Good luck with your goals.😀🙏👐
