I want to thank Everyone for their supportive comments they really have helped me. YOU CAN DO IT! I Pretty much started to do the slightly over when i measured, was not excercising. Started a Position. Still in school, so I told myself I earned a few treats for myself, NOT!!. I did lose 5 pounds but my routine was off, And it was hard getting it back, but I did, went back to weighing once a week. Measuring before Eatting,WATER, WATER, WITH EVERY MEAL. Doing my sit-ups. The thing that I realize that I just can not do moderation on these things.. Will I ever be able to eat them again:Chocolate Covered Anything,and BREAD!,they have the no sugar chocolates, but I can't even do those in moderation. I doknow I will be able to eat them in the future, after I learn how to manage my weight and eat healthier to keep it off. Just not now, I have decided I can live with that.

I would have to remind myself that I'm not giving up the foods I love forever only for a little while. I now have to remember that when I do indulge I need to indulge in moderation and not let one cookie cause me to go overboard all day. A cookie is a cookie not a green light to pig out. Now I really try to work out extra hard especially when I treat myself. That is really the only way to get rid of the thunder thighs and jiggle butt. Or as some would say Fries with that shake! lol
