My major problem is that, i am not able to do good with my diet. And i want to work on it.

Don't follow very restrictive diet. Take it slow, substitute junk slowly, add protein, drink more water & don't set any time limit. Let ur mind & body adjust. It's a journey, I was facing the same problem and was gaining the fat back. Now back on track. Lastly, always remember the reason why you started!

just adhere to the calorie limit. Eat very comfortably three times a day with snacks.Eat as per your liking with portion control

Yes @Shubham_Meena's I wanted to help because i too suffered with it because of lack of knowledge before when i tried to lose my weight I don't know what to do when to do and how we can burned it i just tried to cut of my meal but in the next meal i used to eat too much and didn't even realised that now I'm fit and now i know all and everything about it and maintaining my weight and want you to guide because you to suffering with the same situation Dm@7674859160 I'll defiantly work to guide you Stay blessed dear😊
