A little frustrating to know that I did everything I could this week. I worked out 2x a day for 5 days, only to gain a pound (after losing 2.5lbs last week). I'm going to try to not let this get to me. I told myself when I started this to give it 4 weeks and see where I was at the end. I still have 2 more weeks to go. Maybe next week will be better.

Sometimes, these things are hard! Even though it may seem we are doing everything right: it works out wrong. Maybe try adding more intensity to your workouts (the more you sweat the better) or try to make your diet even more healthier! Keep trying and you will get it!!! :)

Also, don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat. All of that working out may mean an increase in muscle mass, which means a healthier you in the end!

Exactly Missyjo - if you're working out don't worry so much about the weight loss or gain - take measurements - that's where you're going to see the differences, in the inches you lose. Keep it up!!!

I know it's hard... Keep your head up. Next week WILL be better. Take a breathe and walk it off.

I agree with missyjoe. Muscle weighs more than fat. That's why JUST weighing might not show you the whole picture. Keep your head up!! You are doing something, setting a schedule, and the hardest part is keeping motivated. <3

The scale is tricky in my case for sure. One week I will have gained 3 and the next week lost 6, which actually just happened last week and this week. So just keep doing what your doing and it will all work itself out!!! GOOD LUCK Kjacks82!!! :)

Looking through your food log you aren't eating nearly enough and what you do eat is all processed...eat more whole foods and alot less sodium...I think it will help you alot.

I believe whole foods is key - If your food comes in a wrapper; then throw it in the crapper. You can't control the wild sodium, chemicals, etc., in those boxes, bags and fast food. Go to <http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/> to figure out the minimum calories you need per day, then find your balance. #StillFiguringItOut

Extra workouts means water retention in the muscles. Muscle is more dense than fat and takes up less room which is why you can get smaller and not see the scale move much. So measurements are good. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. If you are on plan, then the scale most likely went up temporarily because of some other factor (exercise) temporarily. Stay hydrated and stay on plan and you should see a nice loss soon.

Thank you everyone. I am trying to stay positive, some days it's harder than others. When it comes to food, we do what we can. we don't have a whole lot of money left over for food at the end of the month when bills have been paid. we have to go for what's cheap and most of the time that's processed. I still try to watch what I'm eating and I do the best I can but in the forseable future it's not going to change. That's why I do 2 workouts a day. I also have PCOS (poly-cystic ovarian syndrome). My body doesn't work the way most people's do and because of this I have to work harder and longer to see the same results. I'm hoping that in the next two weeks I'll see enough of a change to keep me motivated to go longer. Keep your fingers crossed.
