Thanks to being sick I am back at my last weigh in. That is pretty sad.
I recognize that I never feel full until I am in food coma. That is why I can actually eat two meals back to back. Maybe I need to try to rethink that feel full to am I hungry? I am definitely doing it wrong that’s for sure

I'm the type of person that always feels hungry too. I plan my meals a few hours apart. which works out well at work I get a break every 2hrs so I eat at each break. do this 6 or 7 times a day. works for me.
